Single Virtual Session
Whether you’re a beginner, advanced, or simply working with a busy schedule, private virtual movement sessions are a wonderful option. The one on one provides a deeper focus on your personal fitness goals, allowing for total comfortably and optimal results. Since we're different moment to moment and day to day you choose the format (gentle yoga, vinyasa, yin, barre, etc.) each time so you'll be sure to set the scene for what YOU need that particular session. Each 30min virtual session integrates intuitive movement as a building block to access more strength, mobility, flexibility, and mindful motion in your body. All sessions end with a meditation to bring balance to mind, body, and spirit as a whole.
