I encourage people to find spirituality outside of workshops and retreats. I promote human connection and organic conversation, spiritual awakenings in the grocery store, conscious light bulbs through the reading of passages in books and the universal bond of enduring the human experience together. I want the world to laugh often and in such a way that is ugly and messy, the kind of laugh where you can't catch your breath. I want you to ease into things but not shrink when discomfort is presented. I ask that you take time to explore the feelings you don't know how to explain but can't ignore, they are the nudges to what's next. Speak to what you know and learn what you don't. Listen. Take up space.
